I am a medical doctor with a background in adult medicine who later pursued further training in lifestyle coaching, nutrition science, and exercise physiology. My goal is to bridge the gap between medicine and everyday life by translating complex clinical concepts into practical, sustainable, and actionable strategies for my patients.
I have a strong passion for fitness and holistic wellness, with years of experience in strength training, yoga, and endurance-based activities. I am also a certified yoga teacher, which has deepened my understanding of stress management, mindfulness, recovery, and the mind-body connection in overall health.
Through consultations, coaching, and educational content, I aim to make health information more relatable, evidence-based, and easier to apply in real life.
