Meet Dra. Carl Ngan, MD
I’m Dra. Carl Ngan, a doctor and lifestyle coach helping people improve their health through evidence-based nutrition, movement, stress management, sleep, and sustainable habit change.
I help patients build healthier routines without extreme restrictions, rigid meal plans, or unsustainable pressure.
After my hospital training, I experienced my own health decline. I gained weight, my lab results became abnormal, I had frequent acne breakouts, and I burned out. That experience made me realize how easy it is for even healthcare professionals to neglect their own well-being.
Seeing my family face similar health challenges strengthened my commitment to prevention and long-term health. I began improving my own lifestyle through better nutrition, exercise, stress management, and daily habits that I could actually maintain. As I documented that journey online, I started sharing practical, evidence-based health information to help others do the same.
Today, I combine medicine, education, and coaching to help people prevent chronic disease, improve their quality of life, and create lasting change through realistic lifestyle strategies.
