I am a medical doctor with a background in adult medicine who later pursued further training in lifestyle coaching, nutrition science, and exercise physiology. My goal is to bridge the gap between medicine and everyday life by translating complex clinical concepts into practical, sustainable, and actionable strategies for my patients.

I have a strong passion for fitness and holistic wellness, with years of experience in strength training, yoga, and endurance-based activities.
